Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents. Setup and coordinate meetings. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Assist department managers and other staff by carrying out administrative and general office duties.
Assist with requesting for technical assistance from the IT Department. Assist with requesting assistance for any required repairs or maintenance checks necessary at AREDC office.
Coordinates with Human Resources Department for all personnel related matters. Arrange appointment, meeting and travel. Handle and follow up guest complaints pertaining to the department.
