Verify availability of room type andrate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies tocallers. Accommodate and document special requests.
Answer questions about property facilities / services androom accommodations. Follow sales techniques to maximizerevenue.
Input and access data in reservationsystem. Indicate special room reservation types (e.g.,complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspectionrates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct codeand rate into the reservation system.
Followproper escalation procedures when addressing guestconcerns.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensureuniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;maintain confidentiality of proprietary information;
protectcompany assets; protect the privacy and security of guests andcoworkers.
Welcome and acknowledge all guestsaccording to company standards; anticipate and address guestsservice needs; assist individuals with disabilities;
thank guestswith genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette.
