  • As a Director of Human Resources,you will be responsible for the effective management andperformance of all Human Resources related activities.
  • Thisincludes talent management, succession planning, learning anddevelopment and training, performance management, compensation andbenefits, employee relations, and health and safetyinitiatives.

  • Specifically, a Director of HumanResources will perform the following tasks to the higheststandards : Plan and forecast the short and long-term talentrequirements for the hotel to support its business plans
  • Maintain a best practice recruitment approach, includingthe Company's vacancy management system, to attract thebest applicants Build a strong career and succession planningsystem to retain and develop talent Implement training anddevelopment strategies to continuously improve performance andcustomer service Oversee the hotel'
  • s human resourcesdatabase and payroll system Provide a framework for counseling,coaching, and welfare services

  • Manage theOpinion Survey and the calendar of Team Member social events Manageand resolve, promptly and completely, all employee relations issuesMaintain an awareness of competitor human resources activities andbest practices
