As a Director of Human Resources,you will be responsible for the effective management andperformance of all Human Resources related activities.
Thisincludes talent management, succession planning, learning anddevelopment and training, performance management, compensation andbenefits, employee relations, and health and safetyinitiatives.
Specifically, a Director of HumanResources will perform the following tasks to the higheststandards : Plan and forecast the short and long-term talentrequirements for the hotel to support its business plans
Maintain a best practice recruitment approach, includingthe Company's vacancy management system, to attract thebest applicants Build a strong career and succession planningsystem to retain and develop talent Implement training anddevelopment strategies to continuously improve performance andcustomer service Oversee the hotel'
s human resourcesdatabase and payroll system Provide a framework for counseling,coaching, and welfare services
Manage theOpinion Survey and the calendar of Team Member social events Manageand resolve, promptly and completely, all employee relations issuesMaintain an awareness of competitor human resources activities andbest practices
