Advise and support Contract Holders, Owners and Focal Points on the fundamental principles, processes and procedures to be adopted in developing and implementing contracting strategies.
Advise on the structure of contracts and agreements in a proactive manner with the objective of minimizing claims and disputes.
Ensure that previous lessons learned are incorporated into contract strategies to drive continuous improvement. C&P retains accountability.
Post-Award PhaseAccountable for the standardization and harmonization of contract implementation routines.Responsible for the successful operationalization and coordination of the contract management process.
As business expert, the TA Contract Lead shall ensure that all contract users understand and can apply the contract terms and conditions correctly and efficiently.
Responsible to guide and support contract users on the resolution of contractual / commercial issues encountered in the execution of TA contracts.
Manage contracts and agreements in a proactive manner with the objective of minimizing claims and disputes.Maintain a close working relationship with all interface partners to ensure that contract strategies and its implementation are in compliance with the stated objectives / requirements.
Support development and review of TA estimates.Support C&P and internal users in negotiations and / or resolution of commercial and contractual issues with contractors to achieve Turnaround objectives.
Responsible to collect KPI data and contractual lessons learned throughout the lifecycle of the contract.Lead commercial team (e.
g. Commercial Block leads, Quantity Surveyors) during event execution acting as Business Liaison supported by Decision Executives.
Provide commercial support to Contract Holders and contribute to continuous performance drive and standardization within the Turnaround department.
