Job Description

Strict monitoring of the attendance of the PAs

Maintain SLAs and ensure operations are not affected byabsences thru deployment of replacement staff

Conduct staff presentability and groomingcheck

Allocate PCA duties as perROTA

Preparation of status reports, timesheets, KPI reports, and others as required by thedepartment / facility

Warrant the PAs quality ofwork in their assigned areas

Receive andrecord feedbacks on the performance of the PAs

Provide orientation to PAs

Lead theteam of PAs assisting the nurses in organizinginventories

KEYREQUIREMENTS :

Must be able to dorotating shifts (Day / Evening / Night)

Must beable to use a computer and is comfortable with MS OfficeSuite

Must attend all mandatory health andsafety training courses

Must be reliable andadaptive to emergency situations

Must maintaingood communication skills
