The Role :
As a Chef de Partie fora Brand restaurant, you will work within the kitchen teamto assist the Sous Chefs in the effective running of the kitchen.
You will be exposed to a multi-cultural working environment, withcolleagues from diverse backgrounds, all sharing English as acommon language.
You will be responsible for producingthe dishes unique to your chosen brand, and will be influential incatering to a higher class of clientele, delivering to them abespoke dining experience.
Additionally, you will train and mentorjunior members of the kitchen team, as well as be trained byprofessional chefs in how to deliver an unmatched cateringservice.
