  • Responsible for growing the business by developing relationships with partners and clients.
  • Identify private / public real estate partners
  • Pitch products and services
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers
  • Research organizations and clients online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contact potential clients or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure a high level of continuity throughout the core business
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, tenders and sales displays
  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Develop sites with suitable grid capacity
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills
  • Requirements

  • Must have minimum 15 years’ experience in business development specifically in Real estate or holding company
  • Good communication skills with pleasing personality
  • Qatar driving license is a must
  • Must be a native Arabic speaker preferably Jordanian or Lebanese
  • Creative talents, innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough problems
  • Relevant sector experience commercial property, sustainability, fleet sales
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail, commercially orientated
  • Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills
