Job Overview :
Preparation and issuance of Monthly Quality Management report and Internal Monthly Quality report.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
Updating of Weekly PMT progress report related to QAQC
Assist in issuance of FIR / IRN / IDR to client
Prepare and issue Audit Schedule Plan
Prepare Client correspondence
Maintain Vendor Document Review Register
Coordinate with yard personnel to obtain material cutting records on progressive basis
Prepare e-copies of cut-lists for package compilation
Electronic update of Project Certification Module (PCM System).
Electronic update of SAIC & MWIN system
Verifying material traceability for package submission
Label and box up the completed project files for archiving
Update the RIM system online with the boxes that are going to be archived.
Maintain and comply with Company's safety standards all time.
Open PCM files
Open new files for the project and prepare labels
Liaise with Senior QC Inspectors, Quality Inspectors, Production personnel and drafting
Essential Qualifications and Education :
3+ years of clerical experience in Vendor Inspection Coordination.
Fluency in English speaking and email communication
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
