Plan and organizes the travel arrangements including liaising with the HR department in Doha and the WCM-Q office in NY to coordinate flights, hotel room reservations and ground transportation for educational or business purposes.
Assists with the completion of expense claim reimbursement forms as required.Coordinates the travel and accommodation arrangements for potential faculty candidates and other guests and prepares visit itineraries accordingly.
Liaises with the staff in the division and with external stakeholders as required.As required, initiates shopping carts relating to the educational activities of the department ensuring compliance with WCM-
