Job Purpose The job holder will be responsible for directly managing the top 20 key accounts of DHLE Qatar.
In addition to this, the job holder is expected to support the Customer Accounting Manager (CAM) in implementation of DHL Express OTC policies effectively, supervising the Telesales segment and assist in preparation of receivable reports & ageing analysis.
Personally maintain reconciliation of these customer’s ledger with customer SAP or other reports, in-order to have visibility & control over timely DHL payment release.
