About Your Job : Welcome to a world where ambitions fly high! Qatar Airways is searching for talented individuals to join our team as Candidate Services Coordinator.

As a Candidate Services Coordinator you will provide comprehensive recruitment support to the Cabin Crew Recruitment team and Line Management by ensuring the high levels of efficiency and customer service.

  • In this position you will make interview logistics arrangements for candidates to meet indicated time frames, including but not limited to;
  • booking tickets and accommodation, confirming local transport, delivering business visas, confirming a venue and required tools, communicating any special assessment instructions and ensuring delivery of appropriate meal allowances.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with candidates to ensure all necessary recruitment procedures are followed;
  • process documentation, file maintenance are updated and maintained in a timely manner as per the departments requirement.

    In your role you will also contribute to special Recruitment Team projects as per the directions of the manager.

    About You : You must have a trade or vocational qualification.

    A Bachelor’s degree , with knowledge or training in Business and Commerce or a related discipline will be an advantage.

    We are looking for someone with a minimum 4 years of job related experience of working within a high volume and a high demanding role in a multi - cultural environment.

    You should be someone who pays attention to details, with proven accuracy and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    We are looking for individuals with demonstrated flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.

    Strong written and spoken English skills are critical.

    Knowledge of computers / MS office is an essential.
