About the role
A key member of the School Leadership Team, you will provide direction, inspiration and guidance to our primary teaching staff.
Focused on developing a high performing team, you along with the support of the Deputy Head, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school including staff development, performance management and deployment.
You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Able to drive excellence by valuing and developing others, you will be a qualified teacher with extensive experience of both hands-on teaching and management in education.
This means you will be fully up to date with curriculum developments. Strong on leadership and people management, you will have a flair for setting and meeting challenging performance targets.
Able to work with a high degree of cultural sensitivity in our changing and fast-paced international environment, you will have the ability to use a range of communication strategies and channels.
Your strong commercial, financial, market and organisational awareness will enable you to devise effective solutions to complex business challenges.
A strong ambassador for the school, you will be able to develop new ways to engage students and parents with the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community.
You will also be able to meet visa-related restrictions for UAE.
