Take responsibility for sourcingand searching of talented candidates to facilitate achievement ofGroup objectives.
Analyze and categorize theapplicants and provide short listed candidates that meet thebusiness needs and recruitment requirements
Classify applications for employment based on functionalareas and efficiently maintain the candidate database.
Provide inputs in developing / creating the KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs),
Developperformance monitoring and quality measurement purposes pertainingto personnel responsible for Recruitment & Manpower andmonitor their achievements on periodic basis.
Build and maintain strong and effective relationship withall other related units to achieve the Department’sgoals / objectives.
Interact with head-hunters,universities and agencies to ensure proper and efficient sourcingof candidates.
Possess a working knowledge ofplanning and recruitment techniques / methods.
Actively participate in staff meetings which aim toassess performance and serve as means to resolve grievances orconflicts within the team.
Identify any areasfor professional development of self and act to enhanceprofessional development accordingly.
