We are looking for a candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in business development out of which 2 years experience in Qatar with Manpower Placement firm Responsibilities 1 Responsible for new client acquisition revenue growth client retention and relationship 2 Actively drives Account Business results through effective account management and reviews 3 Builds and orchestrates sales pipeline activity 4 Ensures active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close 5 Manages a balanced pipeline representing all of the businesses being pursued 6 Analyzing latest marketing trends through Secondary Research Geographical mapping and Competition account mapping 7 Drives integrated planning and execution coordinates both sales and business delivery organizations to ensure aligned client engagement and service 8 Identifies nurtures and closes new solution opportunities that result in substantial growth in the company share revenues and margin 9 Engages partners effectively to improve win rates and delivery of selected deals
