Key Accountabilities

  • Design a plan to include certain processes, products and channels for review. Define timeline for assessment
  • Develop a checklist for sampling 10% of each customer type, product and channel. i.e. high / medium / low
  • Exercise Carry out research and analysis for ensuring quality of services on continuous basis. Assess transactions, process, products and channels in line with policy
  • Findings Based on review, capture gap analysis. Identify improvement for strengthening and simplifying existing procedure.
  • Suggest improvement in customers and stakeholders service level

  • Recommendation Recommend changes to modify process and system enhancement. Recommend Terms and Conditions in line with product specs Recommend quality standards in different areas of Bank’s operations
  • Monitor - Implement actions and monitor the performance of recommendation
  • Future QA plan Sample size may reduce or increase based on outcome of QA testing
  • Internal

  • Retail / Private Banking / Sadara / Enterprise / Corporate / Trade Finance / Ops / IT
  • Auditors
  • Vendors / Landlords of Premises
  • Regulators such as QCB
  • Internal Revenue Service / IRS
