Under the general guidance and supervision of the restaurant captain and within the limits of established policies and procedures as well as Food & Beverage MANUAL, overseas and direct all the operational aspects of the restaurant / bar as assigned by his / her supervisor.
Carries out the service to the highest professional standards and in accordance to instruction guidelines

Ensure proper handling of equipment; prevent loss and breakage of assets and goods.
Attends the daily service briefing.
Assist in cleaning and polishing of chinaware, cutlery and glasses.
Responsible for setting up the tables for breakfast / lunch / dinner.
Assist in cleaning and stocking up the side stations.
Assist in refilling condiments, cleaning tables and assisting in the service as directed by the waiter.
Clean and prepare the restaurant for business.
Follows the correct service procedures.
Carries out duties arise from time to time and assigned to him / her. Any other duties given by the food and beverage office.
Experience in a 5 stars hotel.
Very good communication skills
Fluent English speaking.
