Negotiating prices and preparing meticulous catering order forms. Overseeing venue, equipment, food, and service preparations.
Monitoring the availability of catering stock and supplies and ordering replenishments. Tracking catering expenses and maintaining accurate records.
Adhering to food and health industry regulations and standards. Manage catering teamSkills and Experience : Accredited course in Catering Management, or similar.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts or Business Management would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of HSE / HACCP principles & Catering business procedures (Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points) and food preparation.
Proven experience in managing large scale F&B projects, ideally catering.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
