With us you will be accountable for maintaining and developing an industry leading end to end service experience for key named corporate customers and ensuring that the contractual service performance is measured and delivered within the appropriate parameters.

  • Apply if you have : Enterprise and Fixed product and service experience - mandatorySignificant experience of service management, service introduction or change programmes in a telecommunications or IT environmentExperience of developing and nurturing positive relationships and influencing people at a senior levelAbility to demonstrate a deep insight into the customers way of thinking;
  • thinks about future trends / growth strategiesAbility to translate business insights / objectives and strategies into specific goals and rigorously implement plans without compromising on standardsDemonstrate a strong bias for action;
  • delivering against time, quality and costExperience in analysing information, understanding and identifying problems / trends to enable implementation of the necessary course of action to achieve the desired outcomeExcellent communication, presentation and inter-

    personal skills and able to sell a compelling visionAbility to work under minimal supervision, as well as handle difficult and sensitive situations by making sound and independent judgements against competing deadlinesUnderstanding of all ITIL principle components and ideally qualified to Foundation levelExperience of forming and managing a multi-
