Job description / Role

Employment : FullTime

The Technician is responsible forinstalling routine maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Record maintenance needs based on daily visits tothe shops and requests received from Store Services Specialist, andhandle the planning, scheduling and daily distribution of tasks inorder to ensure timely repair in compliance with quality and safetystandards

Assist in managing and coordinating allfloor operations between the shops and maintenance work

Supervise preventive works in order to ensure that it is carriedout by the contractors in a timely and satisfactory manner

Coordinate with the repair contractor for items beyond hisor the team's capability

Monitor all securityissues (shop door alarm, intrusion and fire alarm) in order toensure their proper functioning

Buy all necessarymaterial for maintenance works such as brushes, nails andother

Replace team members in carrying out basicmaintenance works in case of absence or asneeded
