Takes a proactive role indesigning, implementing, and follow up of the National DevelopmentStrategies (NDS) 2011-2016 for the realization of Qatar NationalVision (QNV) 2030.
Conducts studies on thegovernment ministries and agencies performance, and their progressthrough different implementation stages of the NDS2011-2016.
Provides the necessary support togovernment agencies regarding the formulation of their strategicimplementation plans in line with the NDS 2011-2016.
As directed by Department of Institutional Development(DID) Director, participates in any initiatives to improve theperformance of government ministries and agencies.
Participates in the follow-up and evaluation of theinstitutional development projects of the NDS 2011-2016 and inwriting the reports and recommendations, accordingly.
Provides the necessary support to government agencies forbuilding capacities in the planning and institutional developmentareas.
As directed by DID Director, leads (oras a member of) a cross-functional team for setting up andimplementing strategic initiatives and projects.
Recommends to DID Director any evidence-based proceduralimprovement that needs to be introduced to enhance DID / institutionwork performance.
As directed by DID Director,represents the department / institution on internal and externalteams and committees, and makes quality professionalcontribution. ![]()
