The Office Secretary / Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Line Manger or Business unit Head in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdmin Office servicesEnsure proper implementation of office standards and procedures, phone etiquette and customer relationsCarries out day to day administration activities.

Follows and ensures compliance with company policy and procedure for processing of / delivery of assigned services.Assist in organizing office operations and proceduresPrepare time and attendance summary reportReview and endorse LPO and office supply requisitionsEnsure proper maintenance office equipmentFacilitates office IT requirements and company server and websitePrepare and submit office budgets and expense requirementsMaintain office recordsEnsure filing systems are maintained and up to dateEnsure protection and security of files and recordsEnsure effective transfer o files and recordsTransfer and dispose records according to retention schedules and policiesPerform other related duties as requiredPOSITION REQUIREMENTSSkills and ExperienceThe Office Secretary / Admin Assistant must have a university degree preferably in business management or office administration, with minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in office management.

Strong and effective verbal and listening communications skillsComputer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.

Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and proceduresResearch and program development skillsTime management skillsAttributesMaintain high standards of conduct and professionalismPossess cultural awareness and sensitivityExudes corporate business image at all timesFlexibilityDemonstrate sound work ethicsConsistency and fairnessAbility to handle high-pressure work environmentTrustworthy with confidential and sensitive company informationExpected Start Date : 9 / 15 / 2021Job Types : Full-time, Contract, PermanentSalary : From QAR3,500.
