  • Handle purchasing process, accountspayable process and track budget expenses.
  • Inspect, read, edit and verify documents and assessdata.
  • Track contract status and contractsthrough implementation process.
  • Discussapproval process for all European or Asian ConfidentialityAgreements.
  • Handle both hardcopy andelectronic filing processes.
  • Meet deadlinesand update clients with status.
  • Offer ad hoc administrative support to department.
  • Assure data integrity in MM database.
  • Check Novation contract launch packages and trackcontract implementations.
  • Negotiatecompany’s individual contracts and oversee contractcompliance.
  • Use Marketplace ContractInformation System to investigate applicable contracts.
  • Record annualized cost savings in Excel spreadsheetformat.
  • Coordinate with Accounts payable andvendors to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
