Setting up Budgets andthe specific tool to follow the project costs.
Estimation of Total Forecasts,Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes.
Providing risk analysis on EPC contracts,whenever required by the Projects Manager or by the Chief
Operation Officer (COO), in orderto point out the items with the most significant impact on thecost.
Commitment Controland vendor / subcontractors invoice approval.
Assisting Project Managers in optimizing andimproving their budgeted profits.
Preparation of change orders / claims, and followsup.
Generation of monthlyinternal (PMR) / external status reports (clientreports).
Development ofcash flows on monthly basis (optional).
Involved in verifying the invoices to ensureits accuracy.
Developmentof statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improvingfeedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals.
Complying withand implementing both company and client HSE Management Systemobjectives and procedures.
Complying with corporate Quality standards asstipulated in the Quality Manual and its ensuing.
Complying with the applicablecompany procedures for this Department as they aredocumented.
