Supervise work at all levels (receptionists,kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clearobjectives

  • Plan activities and allocateresponsibilities to achieve the most efficient operatingmodel
  • Manage budgets / expenses, analyze andinterpret financial information and monitor sales andprofits
  • Develop and implement an intuitive andefficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel'sservices
  • Communicate with customers whenappropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address theircomplaints, find solutions to problems, offer informationetc.)
  • Deal with maintenance issues, shortagesin staff or equipment, renovations etc.
  • Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travelagencies, event / conference planners etc.
  • Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance withhealth and safety standards
