To supervise and direct inprompt, efficient and friendly serving of food andbeverage.
To assist servers, bussers and hoststaff in their job duties as necessary.
Toensure all opening, closing and running side work is completed on adaily basis
To act as a liaison betweenkitchen and front of house employees and operations.
Assist in the training and development of teammembers
To communicate effectively, in givingdirection, support, timely feedback and recognition ofperformance.
To work quickly and independentlyto resolve operational and / or guest issues when necessary, ensuringproper follow through manager.
To ensure thatguest are welcome in best hospitable manner, Greet and welcome theguests, offer menu card and assist the guest in taking orders whileproviding them excellent service.
To promotesuggestive selling and increase the sales revenue
To ensure high standard of service and good quality offood is served in the outlet.
To maintain highstandard of personal grooming as well as staff grooming, hygieneand wear clean uniform while on duty.
