Issue picking slip for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries Ensuring consumables and service parts are replenished providing as swift service to workshop and other departments as well as trade retail customer Answer phones and greet walkin customers in a professional courteous Utilize parts manuals both hard copy and electronic format to identify proper parts for all vehicles and machines being serviced Work directly with service teams to ensure utmost customer service Handle back order chase when vehicles are immobilized Identify parts requirement and enquiries by use of manufactures suppliers parts identification systems Ensure all nonconforming products are properly controlled as per the Quality Assurance system Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the working area Inspect returned parts to ensure they are fit for returning into stock Assist in completing stock checks when necessary Attend all training courses required to carry out job role and continued development within the Group Provide parts estimates for repair and service maintenance Promote a positive attitude to create a cohesive team which will take the business forward Establish standards of housekeeping for the whole site and ensure that waste material is controlled and disposed of in accordance with regulations All other reasonable duties when requested
