JobDescription :

  • Visiting new andexisting customers in SOHO Starlink customer base, providing themOoredoo telecom and ICT solutions and achieving set revenuetargets
  • Make weekly forecast against therevenue target set for the month, as per the pipeline built achievethe numbers by end of the week.
  • Building goodrelationship with customers for recurring business and reduce churnto maintain a healthy recurring revenue for the SOHO Starlinkcustomer base.
  • Maintaining SFA and salesreports for the daily visits and business closed on a daily basisand updating team leader accordingly
  • Follow upwith team leader for closure on the request processed
  • Create ticket for customer issues and follow up with teamleader / account support to resolve issues within given SLA toensure customer satisfaction
  • Skills

    Qualifications& Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Qatardriving license
  • Good English communicationskills, fluency Arabic language is an advantage
