Responsibilities :

Provides face-to-face non-medical counseling to military servicemembers and their families.

Makesappropriate referrals and handoffs to military and communityresources according to the needs of military service members andtheir families.

Develops and / or usesapproved training and education programs and materials.

Advises on new or revised presentations by militaryleadership, when requested.

Providestracking of services performed and referrals made using theappropriate reporting system.

Communicatesinformation regarding trends and issues at assigned installation tosupervisors.

Participates in regularin-service training, quality improvement committees, or othercontract activities as assigned.

Mayparticipate in surge and on demand events.
