  • Coordinate activities and employees within an office set up.
  • Assisting the Manager to implement organization’s policies and procedures within site / department.
  • Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization.
  • Managing the stationeries for the smooth operation of the site / department
  • Coordinate internal & external operational meetings as needed.
  • Preparing Duty Roasters as per Site Managers instructions.
  • Managing the Petty cash under close supervision of the site manager.
  • Assist in developing, motivating people and create a positive work environment.
  • Resolve problems and determine appropriate courses of action, which are then reported to the Immediate Head.
  • Maintaining the operational files and records at the site / departmental level
  • Ensuring the updated documents are in use within the site / department.
  • Organizing and coordinating for the site / department members trainings and other events
  • Coordinating with the QHSE Department for site related QHSE issues.
  • Ensures procurement of required materials / services at Right Value, Right Time, Right Place, Right Quality and Right Quantity.
  • Coordinates with Supplier for supplies, evaluates their services at regular intervals and fulfills the requirements of internal end users
  • Skills

    3 to 6 years of experience as Administration Executive in Qatar preferably in a facilities management company. Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Computer skills Business writing Negotiation skills.
