Monitor the quality and quantity of food that isprepared.
Communicate assistance needed duringbusy periods. Inform Chef of excess food items for use in dailyspecials. Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menuspecials and out of stock menu items.
Ensurethe quality of the food items.
Prepare andcook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentationstandards, and food preparation checklist.
Prepare cold foods.
