Key Job Accountabilities
Key Result Areas :
Manage all technicalInterfaces with RLIC, ensure comprehensive, multi-functional reviewof all requests and meets Project objectives, requirements, budget,and schedule.
Assess information on overallInterface Agreements (IA) process performance and implementimprovements ensuring that the process is fit for purpose, acceptedby the EPC-1 Contractor, is appropriate, well established andmaintained.
Manage guidelines and procedures necessary to supportand control the Interface Agreement (IA) process within NFXPOnshore Project organisation.
Plan andorganize the interface works and activities based on identifiedinterfaces and priorities.
Provides clear,accurate, timely, and consistent two-way communication with otherorganizations (internal & external) with respect to theexchange and alignment of interfaces related information anddocumentation.
Coordinates inputs from EPC-1Contractor, engineering and construction teams to receive timelyapprovals of technical work packs submitted to RLIC.
Provide leadership and accountability for the NFXPOnshore Project's EPC-1 interfaces with RLIC.
Responsible for ensuring timely evaluation,co-ordination, expediting and approval of Technical work packs byRLIC as per the provisions of the Section 4 of the Exhibit 5.
Promote clear, accurate, timely, and consistentcommunication with internal organizations with respect totransferring interface information and documentation.
Implements and maintains the EPC 1 Contract PMCSInterface Management Module to coordinate EPC 1 Contractorinterfaces related works and activities.
Review, coordinate comments to support approval of the EPC-1Interface Management Plan, in accordance with the Section 4 of theExhibit 5.
Support organising of InterfaceManagement Workshops with RLIC, as required to achieve mutualunderstanding of all parties involved and meet Projectobjectives.
Attend Interface Weekly andMonthly meetings; attend to the Project Monthly Meeting with EPC-1Contractor. Ensure minutes of meetings are issued and steward closeout of action including update of the Interfaces Registers andDatabases.
