You find the stories behind scatter plots and help clients determine which products to launch. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today’s leading global companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver best in class actionable insight through high quality and strategic reporting
  • Work as part of an international high performing team
  • Sit on-site and consult with the client as our Nielsen representative
  • To work with the client on various research projects both in Arabic and in English
  • Provide high-quality client service and developing long term, positive relationship with the client
  • Take ownership of several research projects based on different networks with our client
  • Add value to the client by providing advice, consultancy and a high level of interpretation and direction, where appropriate
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Look to improve profitability through project / solution efficiencies and resourcing
  • Oversee the management of all live projects, ensuring that relevant meetings take place - initiation, mid-project update, product handling, field, data processing, and data analysis briefings, debrief planning and post-mortems
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • To be a native Arabic speaker and a fluent English speaker
  • Knowledge and interest in media
  • A genuine passion and curiosity for research; being an expert in Quantitative Research is essential, and to have a degree of exposure to Qualitative Research
  • Ability to blend insights from different data sets to provide an over-arching narrative
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Good at building relationships both internally and externally
  • Confidence in presenting internally and externally and excellent interpersonal skills
  • To be literate and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (incl. pivot tables); Google sheets, slides, drives, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • To be educated to degree level (or equivalent) 2.1 in a business discipline or equivalent relevant experience
