1 Build strong customer relationship especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors 2 Assist customers technical requests till fully resolved with satisfaction 3 Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience by proactive activities 4 Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction 5 Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order on time and fulfill customers requirements 6 Keep track of key account metrics generate key account monthly report for summary and advice 7 Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders 8 Take initiatives in identifying growth optimizing opportunities Requirements1 Proven knowledge in cloud service 2 A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience 3 Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects 4 Working language English 5 Proficient in MS Office tools
