  • Focus on growing the businesssustainably, by identifying opportunities to expand a portfolio andbroadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC’sextensive network
  • Drive revenue growth throughunderstanding customer needs and by adopting a needs-based approachwhich engages clients and increases new business
  • Effectively manage work and support resources to increasequality and time of client visits opportunities
  • Collaborate with Group colleagues to deliver appropriateneeds-based solutions for customers
  • Build astrong understanding of the client’s business andindustry to promote insights, enrich client conversations anddeliver fair outcomes
  • Deepen understanding ofthe client through pro-active credit risk assessments and customerdue diligence reviews
  • Confidently managefinancial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle byidentifying, assessing, accepting, monitoring, escalating andmitigating risk.
  • Ensure adherence to allapplicable operational risk HSBC Standards and policies, reportingany breaches in accordance with local procedures
