Job Summary :
This will include availability of talent in a given market or region, solid job descriptions, long term sourcing strategies and interview and selection criteria.
You will support the organisation, advertising, interviewing and candidate selection process to attract suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
You will be responsible for filling an assigned number of open roles, interfacing with internal stakeholders and selection team to ensure a high quality of hire, time to hire and hire costs.
Other duties include maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Manager, providing recruitment process coaching, ensuring a strong value proposition, implement and develop recruiting strategies and recommendations around employment offers.
You will be part of a team coordinating and supporting all efforts to complete urgent tasks, auditing tracking databases, using a high level of accuracy and attention to for information and communication to candidates and consistency of competency testing techniques.
