Bachelor’s Degree inLaw, Mass Communication or equivalent from an accredited Universityto the approval of the Engineer.
Must be bilingual inboth Arabic and English. Experience
Minimum fifteen years demonstrable overall experience in the publicrelation and communication works with no less than yearsin works focus on public customer service.
Demonstratedexperience in Public Relations works dealing with public complaintin a construction industry would be an advantage.
Dealing, handling and resolving conflicts, feedbacks, complaintsfrom the public and residents pertaining to the constructionprojects inconvenience.
Initialing dialogue with thepublic, residents, municipalities, MOI, traffic police, governmentdepartment and embassies etc on public relation issues as directedby the Client / SRE on project related.
Conduct regularvisits and ad hoc visits to the affected residents affected by theworks and make necessary report, feedback to Client and theaffected resident.
Coordinate and work closely with theconstruction supervision team to minimize inconvenience to thepublic.
Plan and launching of public relation program,this include not limited to the design, print and publish ofnotices and flyers and other materials to pre inform public ofworks commencement and completion to the approval of the Engineerand Client Public Relation Department as required.
Establish of a call center to handle public complaints to theapproval of the Engineer.
Must have a good understandingof Qatari culture
