As a Guest Service Officer, you will be based in Hyatt Residences Doha West Bay and will be responsible to provide an excellent courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the hotel’s and Hyatt International Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
QualificationsIdeally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
