Develop and implement Treasury department sales strategy by developing an effective annual sales plan to identify relevant business opportunities and to target prospective clients
Ensure adherence to relevant policies including Customer Limit and Approved Product Policy and the additional requirements and limits set by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Ensure full awareness and compliance of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to ML & CFT on an on-going basis.
Support in ensuring that appropriate product capability is in place to effectively support the target customer strategies of the Bank.
Identify the target customer segments and maximize market penetration and share of customer wallet.
Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation
Strive to increase the Bank’s share of the customers wallet through regular client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments.
Coordinating with various internal departments to promote cross-selling of Treasury services
Provide quotations to corporate clients on deposit rates, CD rates and FX rates.
Process FX, MM, IRS, SWAPS deals into OPICS. Write procedures when required and handle negotiation of documentation including ISDA from inception.
Ensure all clients documentation and limits are up to date.
Establish a high quality customer service through effective liaison with clients. Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, supplying market information and having superior product knowledge.
Manage the Treasury sales team to ensure delivery of the annual sales’ plan to meet the targets. Responsible for providing on-the-job training to assigned staff and ensuring training requirements are appropriately met.
Measure performance of subordinates and assist the Executive Manager in managing team’s KPIs in order to maximize subordinate, team and department performance
Compile & review Monthly Sales Activity reports and Daily Market report. Provide the Executive Manager with periodic reports including Client Call reports.
5 - 7 years relevant experience in Treasury and Investment sales Services.
Understanding of the Bank’s Treasury Sales strategy, objectives and in depth knowledge of the Bank’s treasury products and investment operations.
Maintain relevant knowledge related to regulatory, policies, standards etc.
Excellent selling skills in constantly competitive environment
Excellent team management experience and ability to establish clear, realistic timelines for goal accomplishments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively and professionally with clients and Senior Management.
