Job Description

  • Responsible for all HR department activities
  • 2. Manage recruitment requirements including Job posting, CV sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and hiring

    3. Handle any disciplinary issues promptly

    4. Maintain site man-hours records

    5. Monitor Attendance of the employees

    6. Monitor expiry of QID, Healthcard, Passport, Contracts etc.

    7. Arrange transportation for employee entree, exit, hospital visits, company activities & training (including renting)

    8. Review overtime of the employees

    9. Manage any company property receipt and return to employees (including vehicle, mobile, sim card, laptop etc)

    10. Manage leave balance and leave application of the employees by referring the head of department & CM

    11. Liaise with PRO & sponsor regarding visa application, exit permit, recruitments & formal documentations

    12. Liaise with all recruitment agencies regarding the talent sourcing depending on the manpower requirements

    13. Monitor telephone usage of each employee with company account

    14. Monitor traffic violations of each employee with the company vehicle

    15. Maintain employee records

    16. Monitoring PPE usage and managing the requirements for all site employees & engineers

    17. Conduct frequent visits to staff accommodation and address any issues related including improvement

    18. Prepare monthly payroll spreadsheet with support from the finance department

    19. Organize company events such as team building activities

    20. Manage all flight bookings and prepare LPO for travel agency

    21. Monitor all work visa usage and requirements and prepare supporting documents for new applications

    22. Prepare any document related to HR for the staff and management

    23. Analyze the salary of all employees and benchmark them for future reference

    24. Manage account bank opening for new employees & handle any payroll issues with the bank & Ooredoo

    25. Address any grievance from the employees regarding their needs and health issues
