Also exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.Main Tasks and responsibilities : 1- Strategy : Study the history and story of the company, to have a deep understand on today’s status.
Collect and gather all articles, and media posts to review the performance.Study the domain of EduTech globally, regional and locally, to help creating a benchmark and to understand the global trend progress.
On going process)Based on the above you will develop a marketing, events and communcation strategy for the company to increase audience base, costumer base, and impact.
You will align brand positioning based on the strategy.Review and improve main processes and guidelines related to marking and communication (On going process).
2- Operation : Lead, guide and support the markeintg teamImplement and supervise the marketing strategies.Provide and supervise the production of engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
Provide draft for PR.Provide design inputs.Respond and supervise comments and customer queries in a timely manner.Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.Coordinate with Business Development Team, Services Team and companies projects to ensure brand consistency.
Liaise with Business Development Development Team, Service Team and company projects to stay updated on new products, services and features.
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, social influencers and journalists.Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Manage and lead all social media sub-contractors.Manage and lead all marketing contracts / vendors and agencies on behalf of ibTECHar.
To update all websites related to the company on frequent bases.To prepare impact reports to stakeholders and sponsors.3- Communication and Outreach : To build relationships with all news papers, TVs stations, and Radio stations.
To build relationships with all stakeholders PR / Marketing, Departments / Teams / Key people.To build relationships with Social Media Influencers for potential campaigns.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing.Fluent Arabic and English oral and writing.Experience : Proven work experience as a community manager, or relevant role minimum for five years.
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).
Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.
g. repeat attendance at events).Hands on experience with social media management for brands.Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
