Conduct project performance analysis using industry standard earned value management processes and techniques and associated KPIs Programme ManagementDevelop and maintain design schedule using critical path methodologyManage Package Contractors programme of works and identify Client risksHighlight programme delays and identify recovery measuresCarry out delay analysis and make recommendations to the Client / Egis.
Cost Control / CommercialPrepare and issue Egis Applications for Payment to the Client.Lead commercial workshops with the Client to review paymentsMaintain design contract budget / VOs and forecast anticipated final accountRisk ManagementDevelop and update project risk and opportunity register.
