About the job We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help an HR and recruitment venture expand its clients relationships and to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing as well as new markets and sectors for its HR and Recruitment services in Qatar We are seeking a goaloriented manager to join the organization The right candidate should be able to Research and identify new market opportunities pitch services and develop new markets and accounts for the company The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients Responsibilities and Duties Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients for the companys HR and Recruitment services Pitch for new projects and contracts from public and private sector companies and organizations as well as from individuals institutions and new brands and initiatives Lead generation presentations followup till closure with the new clients and companies Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and HR directors managers of potential clients Promote the company s products services to government departments and public sector undertakings Prepare proposals and financial quotes for our services and products Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers Develop entrylevel staff into a valuable sales and business development team Meeting the individual and team sales targets Work on Tieups and alliances with brands and companies Motivate the internal sales team to improve performance and optimize the customer experience Negotiation with the companies on the financial packages and our consultancy charges before each closure and signing of the contract Experience and qualification 45 years of working experience in business development senior sales executive or a relevant role Graduate in business administration sales or relevant field Proven sales track record Experience in customer support and relationship would be an additional advantage
