Prepare tenderand contract documents, including bills of quantities incoordination with another dept.
Undertake costanalysis for installation and repair / maintenance projectwork
Assist in establishingcustomers'' requirements and undertake feasibilitystudies
Perform risk, value management andcost control
Advice on a procurement strategy,invoicing procedure and closing of work orders
Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercialrisks
Prepare and analyze costing for tendersand prepare contracts consumption report
Provide advice on contractual claims; retention,performance guarantee, TOC
