What You'll Do

  • Receive & review kitchen needs from each MD.
  • Prepare feasibility models and present to country MD & finance for sign-off.
  • Develop pipeline of kitchen leads based on kitchen needs, update each week.
  • Negotiate with landlords and run feasibility models (coordinate sign-off with Project Director and Market MD).
  • Oversee & responsible for execution and progress of all local projects.
  • Plan, Execute and manage kitchen refurbishments (>
  • $10,000).

  • Execution of local kitchen closures (divestment of acquisition properties).
  • Implement global best practices of energy / utility management.
  • Execution during acquisition due-diligence, identify and mitigate all potential risks and aid Kitopi.
  • Legal in execution / transfer of leases.
  • Portfolio management (lease renewals, price benchmarking, statutory approval inventory and renewals), signs off lease feasibilities, contract templates.
  • Prepare and manage all rental budgets across all markets in coordination with central Finance function.
  • What We Look For

  • 7+ years experience in property management in the F&B, kitchen, catering or restaurant industry.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Qatar, preferable.
  • Experience in real estate, asset, and portfolio management.
  • Strong experience or background in project management of commercial kitchen construction and refurbishments.
  • Technical background with an understanding of civil, architectural and MEP & HVAC specifics related to kitchen development.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and MS projects.
  • Good understanding of kitchen equipment.
  • Drive to continuously innovate and provide solutions to ensure Kitopi’s kitchen remain the best in class.
  • Strong ability to structure and define processes in a continuously changing environment.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
