About Your JobIn this role, you will be responsible for creating legal, optimised roster for pilots and cabin crew using specialised optimisation systems and ensure all other roster-
related activities are performed within deadlines & meet the QCAA requirements. The role will also be accountable for managing the support process for crew and management.
Specific accountabilities include :
Ensure to comply with the regulations as stipulated in OM Part A Chapter 7.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and instructions from department management.
Ensure to meet Company and department main objective in terms of Sales and Finance.
Handle Crew standard roster bidding process.
Ensure roster / crew coverage for all aircrafts on a daily basis and manage crew shortage.
Ensure crew assignment for flights based on legality, training requirement, special requests and other.
Monitor crew duty restriction; handle Commander Discretion approval process and daily Disruption. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors Degree combined with at least five years of relevant experience.
Experience in a crew resources related role is preferred as is exposure to business aviation. You will need knowledge of EASA regulations and crew legality calculations.
You will be a strong team player with the capability to work in a highly pressured and dynamic environment. Well developed lateral and analytical thinking skills are required.
