Coordinate and monitor programsand projects for assigned work unit to establish goals andobjectives, track effectiveness and ensure compliance withapplicable state and federal laws, Department General Orders andpolicies and produres.
Conduct briefings tomanagement or to others to report information and answer questionsregarding assignments.
Oversee the recordingof leave, sickness, absence flextime, personnel records andprocedures.
Supervise administrative serviceswithin the office such as storage and security ofdocuments.
Evaluate, develop and recommendoffice procedures and practices to senior management, ensure thatapproved office policies and procedure are understood andfollowed
Work closely with the Head of HR andAdministration Section to coordinate efforts towards meetingdeadlines and clarifying priorities.
Assistwith development, monitoring, maintenance and supervision of theproduction, administrative and financial operations.
Maintain day to day accounting administrative andpersonnel services in order to meet legislativerequirements.
Assist with annualaudit.
