  • Serve as the lead point ofcontact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting clientrelationships
  • Negotiate contracts and closeagreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trustedadvisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders andexecutive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely andsuccessful delivery of our solutions according to customer needsand objectives
  • Clearly communicate theprogress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and externalstakeholders
  • Develop new business withexisting clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet salesquotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics(e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and growopportunities within territory
  • Assist withchallenging client requests or issue escalations asneeded
