Assist and support management andthe leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resourcesissues.
Assist employees with internal andexternal transfer requests and procedures.
Monitor and assist managers / supervisors with hiringprocesses and issues.
Coordinate and conductapplicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motorvehicle checks, and social security number verification.
Maintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation andtransfer request logs.
Create and maintain newhire and personnel files and enter them into Human ResourcesInformation Systems.
Assist with orientationof new employees.
Monitor all hiring andrecruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, andfederal laws and company policies and standards.
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records andfiles (e.g., interview documents, I-9's).
Support processing and maintenance of payroll records inaccordance with policies and procedures, as necessary.
Inform Human Resources management of issues related toemployee relations within the division or property.
Create and maintain filing systems.
Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary Answerphone calls and record messages.
Create andtype office correspondence using computer.
Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert andparticipate on project teams.
Train new hireson Human Resources processes, programs, policies, informationsystems, etc.
