  • Assist and support management andthe leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resourcesissues.
  • Assist employees with internal andexternal transfer requests and procedures.
  • Monitor and assist managers / supervisors with hiringprocesses and issues.
  • Coordinate and conductapplicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motorvehicle checks, and social security number verification.
  • Maintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation andtransfer request logs.
  • Create and maintain newhire and personnel files and enter them into Human ResourcesInformation Systems.
  • Assist with orientationof new employees.
  • Monitor all hiring andrecruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, andfederal laws and company policies and standards.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records andfiles (e.g., interview documents, I-9's).
  • Support processing and maintenance of payroll records inaccordance with policies and procedures, as necessary.
  • Inform Human Resources management of issues related toemployee relations within the division or property.
  • Create and maintain filing systems.
  • Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary Answerphone calls and record messages.
  • Create andtype office correspondence using computer.
  • Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert andparticipate on project teams.
  • Train new hireson Human Resources processes, programs, policies, informationsystems, etc.
