HR Payroll HR Coordinator Manage preparation of employee payroll for timely disbursement of salaries and other employee related benefits Tracking timesheet documentation of new joiners handle Biometric device input for Payroll maintaining the attendance of the employees evaluation of the performance of the employees coordinating the Training programs for the employees as per the need Ensure Manual records are accurately maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection Monitoring reporting of HR Dept budget Checking all records to ensure they conform to the country regulations policies Manage employee exit documentation and End of service gratuity Preparation and drafting of employee contracts Wellversed in Qatar Labor Laws including labor regulations employee rights benefits and employer responsibilities Proficient in overseas recruitment formalities Visa process Immigration formalities and employee onboarding Must have knowledge of Employee Performance Evaluation Salary grading and performance management Wellversed in legal formalities involved with employee hiring company legalization and management of company assets Initiate and carryout necessary measures for employee welfare maintain employee facilities and comply with legal requirements To make them aware in relation to their reports privilege employment rules terms conditions To provide them appreciation participation in sports games social cultural events Ensure smooth daytoday running of the dept Induction of New recruits and their orientation Resignation termination of employment and exit interviews Disciplinary and corrective actions Maintain HR records by recording new hire transfers terminations and change in job classifications Processing of New Visa Visa Renewals Passports Labor cards Health Insurance Cards and Group Insurance The administration of HR policies procedures programs and various HR plans to Develop implement and maintain all corporate policies and procedures Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with various department heads as required to work through project development and management problem solving Manages all internal communications and acts as mediator between management Monitoring on assignment of PRO related activities like prepare Arabic translation Labour agreements and company legal documents Organize compile update company personnel records and documentation Managing and handling the company smart card for online process to Visa Medical finger resident permit exit permit and RP cancel of all employees Assist in payroll management answer employees questions and provide requested information Review and update attendance and leave records of staffs conduct employee orientation programs of the company supervise labour and immigration works
