  • Verify and submit variousColleague documentation for further approval, as per the approvalmatrix. These include vacation requests, final settlements, changeof status, air ticket LPOs, HR action forms, loan requestsetc.
  • Verify overtime vouchers withthe attendance system and forward for further approval
  • Coordinate closely with the Human Resourcesteam for all Colleague documentation and any discrepancies withrelation to Colleague records
  • Updatethe payroll system with Colleague bank information prior to salaryprocessing
  • Prepare the monthlypayroll within the cut-off date and arrange for bank advices to besigned and submitted to the bank prior to the last day of eachmonth
  • Prepare all payroll reports andJournal vouchers as per the standards
  • Keep updated with Human Resources policies and labourlaws
  • Operate in a safe andenvironmentally friendly way to protect guests’ andcolleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect andconserve the environment
  • Comply withthe hotel environmental, health and safety policies andprocedures
